1. INSTANT DIGITAL FULFILLMENT & PHYSICAL USB MEDIA DELIVERY
Ready-made architectural blueprints, 3D interior renderings, and CAD layout packages sold on this website can be delivered via instant digital transmission or encoded into physical hardware:
  • Digital Downloads: Upon verified clearance of your transaction, a secure direct download link will be generated instantly on your checkout confirmation screen, accompanied by an automated delivery confirmation email.
  • Physical USB Flash Drives: For clients opting for physical storage keys, all layout data will be securely loaded onto encrypted USB devices via our proprietary SMARTCO-DFT-GO® network (US Trademark File No. 035739) and dispatched via registered mail.
2. LOGISTICS, TRANSIT TIMES & CUSTOMS FEES
  • Processing Time: Physical USB Flash Drives require 2 to 3 business days for security encryption and packaging before dispatch.
  • Domestic Delivery (Sarawak & West Malaysia): Parcels are shipped via third-party commercial couriers (such as PosLaju or J&T), typically arriving within 3 to 5 business days.
  • International Delivery (including Thailand): Transnational shipments typically take 7 to 14 business days. STRUKTUR MANTAP SDN. BHD. is not responsible for any import customs duties, clearance fees, or local tariffs applied at the destination country. All such costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • Heavy Furniture Logistics: Standard third-party commercial courier post is not utilized for bespoke heavy built-in furniture or project deliveries. Specialized lorry freight transit parameters are customized and explicitly specified within offline contracts.
3. DELIVERY FULFILLMENT DELAYS & LOSS IN TRANSIT
  • Digital Issues: If you do not receive the automated delivery email within 15 minutes after payment clearance, please check your spam folder or contact support@sm-turnkey.com.
  • Physical Shipment Loss/Damage: All physical USB media undergo data integrity audits before sealing. If your USB drive arrives physically damaged or is declared lost by the courier, you must report the issue to support@sm-turnkey.com with your tracking number within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or instant encrypted link backup.
