BHD. Purchasing a design plan grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plan for a single residential or commercial construction project. Reselling, sub-licensing, modifying for redistribution, or copying our blueprints is strictly prohibited.
2. LOCAL SITE MEASUREMENT & SITE COMPLIANCE
The ready-made architectural design plans and blueprints provided are intended for spatial layout and conceptual structural guidance. Actual construction and ground site conditions vary. Clients are responsible for cross-checking technical plans with a registered surveyor or local authorities, primarily covering Kuching and wider Sarawak regions, before physical construction begins.
3. PAYMENT AND SECURITY
All monetary transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). By completing a purchase or paying a booking deposit on our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing information. All online card payments and FPX bank transfers are securely processed via encrypted third-party payment gateways.
4. GOVERNING LAW
